Lovely quality items, but shoulders on all much too big, so sadly had to return.
Problem was ,five days after return deliveted still no contact from company so I will not be ordering again from them.

Comfortable for happy with purchase

I think this might be the last time I order..because I think there is a charge for delivery and a charge for returns. I ordered a t shirt .. that looked like a regular fit in the catalogue but it was far too long.. I remember ordering other t shirts and they were the same the hat was also too big..

Bought joggers for my hubby as he has trouble getting them long enough in the body. These were perfect. Now he has 3 pairs. I'll use Cotton Traders again.

Came into the Hyde road store today and was instantly greeted by two ladies, I spent a few minutes browsing before I was approached by one of the ladies who asked if I was looking for anything in particular after I explained what I was looking for this lady couldn’t be more helpful, she went above and beyond to help me find what it was I was looking for. After popping in and out of the fitting room requiring different sizes in this outfit, this lady again was ever so helpful. Happy with now the right sizes I was happy to proceed to the till, again greeted by this one lady in particular who put my items through for me. We chatted, laughed and I enjoyed my visit to this shop. The name which is on the receipt is (Stacey) there was also a blonde haired lady who was also working with her and she was also very cheerful and helped make my first visit to this shop one I won’t forget. It’s very rare to receive such good customer service without being too full on. Both ladies very welcoming and inviting. Thank you ladies - you made my day. Safe to say I will be back

My order was placed in an outside letterbox. I have a personal letterbox my order was not delivered. I have been away for a vacation no item received.
